WTF is blocking all high-altitude balloon feeds at EXACTLY 100k-120k ft??? (not

I've logged 40+ high-altitude balloon streams. Every single one drops signal or 'goes to fisheye' between 100,000–120,000 ft — right where you'd start to see the truth. Same altitude, every time, different operators. That's not coincidence, that's a hard ceiling someone enforces.
