found the ORIGINAL bedford level writeup on a dead BBS, archiving before it 404s

ok so this is a repost, all credit to original poster, I am NOT the one who found this. was digging through an old geocities-tier flat earth board (the kind that's one server bill away from vanishing) and some guy back in like 2006 had typed up the WHOLE Bedford Level thing from Rowbotham's own book……
