求鉴定 — is the "Julia" sound legit or is it just another cropped NOAA clip people pass around?

so i keep seeing this one shared as "the scariest NOAA sound" — they call it Julia — and i genuinely can't tell how much is real vs internet telephone. came here cause you lot actually know the hydrophone stuff. what i can pin down: NOAA's equatorial Pacific autonomous array recorded it March 1 199……
