Pulled from a merchant-mariner messageboard, half the images already 404, copying the text. The RMS Queen Mary, permanently docked at Long Beach, California since 1967, hotel now. Real ship, real history — she was a WWII troop carrier ('the Grey Ghost'), and in 1942 she sliced her own escort cruiser……
