trying to debunk the Sathorn Ghost Tower and one detail is bugging me

Ok so the Sathorn Unique in Bangkok, the famous unfinished 49-storey one near Saphan Taksin, gets called haunted constantly and 90% of it is obvious nonsense. Empty concrete shell, half-built since the 1997 crash, of course urbexers feel creeped out, that's just being 47 floors up with no railings. ……
