copying this over from notes i made off an old shortwave-listener thread, because i keep losing the link and people keep asking. 4625 kHz. upper sideband. a flat monotonous BUZZ, ~25 buzzes a minute, 24/7, for DECADES. listeners call it The Buzzer / UVB-76. earliest recordings go back to like 1982 ……
